Behind the Scenes of the Cal Lady Bears Holiday Training Camp

Over the holiday break between 2013 and 2014 the top ranked University of California-Berkeley Bears traveled to Hawaii to train for a couple weeks in the Aloha State.

Below are two videos showing the lady bears, who are coached by Teri McKeever, both at play and at work. The squad are shown doing dryland, particularly in the first video, set against the backdrop of Calvin Harris’ “Let’s Go”, the Bears are documented doing a variety of group-based plyometric work, as well as performing one of the favorite drills of any swimmer — running dives!

The second video, set to OneRepublic’s “If I Lose Myself” has the Bears enjoying slightly better weather, as well as enjoying some of the natural sights of Hawaii.

Enjoy!
