A Day in the Life of Nathan Adrian

In this video, produced by Corduroy Media for USA Swimming, we follow Nathan Adrian, American Olympic gold medalist in the 100 metre freestyle over the course of a typical day.

We join Adrian from the time he gets up, honoring the time-tested tradition of going through a Saturday morning practice like the rest of us, to going out for breakfast afterwards with teammates. We also join him for some beautifully shot video at the University of California-Berkeley pool, where he trains with the likes of swimming superstars Anthony Ervin, Natalie Coughlin, and Tom Shields, among others.

The video was made in the run up to the London Games, before he won gold upsetting heavily favoured James Magnussen of Australia.
